Doing Business in Russia

Doing business in Russia requires creating a working group for each project. Israelis are often confounded by the strict Russian practice of keeping a detailed and clear protocol for each working meeting, that includes the assignment of duties and actions to each participant. This practice is necessary to be able to manage "misunderstandings" and promptly resolve emerging conflicts between the parties. This must be done at all stages of the deal process, as it is important to work concurrently with all of the top management, middle management, and technical staff, without which, in Russia, "no aircraft will fly."

Israeli companies are often confused by this approach and therefore reluctant to "go to Russia", even though the Russian economy has shown a major interest in Israeli technologies and the demand for Israeli business solutions is high.
The IRCC provides comprehensive business support to its members and, through its partners, offers assistance to Russian and Israeli companies in launching and developing business processes.
